Storytelling is a process: Define your audience, nail down the message you want to get across, then work on telling that story in the best way possible to reach your consumers.
Personalize your messaging and share visually-appealing content. As cliche as it sounds, people like hearing good news and seeing pretty pictures. So give the people what they want, damnit!
